Victor Badami
Victor believes in the beauty of form and craftsmanship. No matter how small or large an object is, it should be executed thoughtfully and with care. For if we are to create something new, should it not be greater than what was before? Human interaction with the objects he creates is paramount to Victors work, always seeking to engage the eye and hand.

Kun Yin
Industrial design helps me critically observe the world and inspires me to create value for the society by means of design. Especially, I am curious about applying the new technology and new materials to the design. And I wish to have a global vision and find creative solutions for the problems existing in the world today.

Shrikant Ramanathan
Hello everyone,
I have done my undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering. I also have Master's degree in Mechanical Design and Analysis. Presently pursuing Masters in Industrial and Product Design here at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). I had previously worked as a Product Design Engineer for 2 years. While in my position, I was handling projects related to Human-Machine-Interface (HMI). This aspect intrigued in me about the wonderful fields of Interaction and Experience Design. Coming to RISD was inspired by mainly two aspects, Industrial Design and Interaction and Experience Design. I found myself in the first year of the MID course, pursuing skills behind innovative thinking, critical & design thinking. Presently in my second year at RISD's MID course I am pursuing the skills behind Interaction and Experience Design.
Kindly feel free to email me. Visit my website mentioned below.

Adam Chuong
Adam is most comfortable when design is at least a little bit absurd --- absurdly profound, absurdly intuitive, or absurdly beautiful. Their current work explores how to use the absurd and novel to call attention to social inequities and enact change. Adam’s professional background in psychological research accounts for his focus on human-centered design practices and emotional well-being.

Julia Lemle
Having studied English and then worked in finance and graphic design, Julia appreciates that industrial design doesn't require committing to just one discipline. Her focus at RISD is on designing for an aging population.

Yunyao Gu
With the habit of observing people, Yunyao has endless enthusiasm towards developing insights and generating innovative concepts. The very thing that shine through her work is her insights of solving problems and developing thought-provoking ideas. For her, design is not only a means of self-expression but also a way to create an intimate relationship between users and products.

Shreyans Bhandari
I believe in making things of consequence to our global society. This impact can be executed by making products that are useful, usable, delightful, eco friendly, and healthy for consumers. To attain these ideals I strive to question, empathize, collaborate and innovate.

Tareq Alzawawi
Tareq's background in architecture enables him to have the basic mentality to jump into another design profession like industrial design. Generally, he is interested in the intersection between nature, design and technology. He is focusing on Biophilia, Biodesign and Biomimicry as design approaches. Currently he is working with RISD's Nature Lab to further explore new recipes to create different bio-materials as a design/art medium.

Tim Hsieh
As an expatriate designer, Tim has the opportunity to submerge himself in cultures and inspirations from around the globe and reflect his international exposure in his playful yet powerful designs. While Tim has a solid industrial design background and many multi-disciplinary collaborative experiences, he strives to design for impact as he continues to witness how much design betters the world.

Mo Yu
I consider myself a video game player. It helped me pull through the hardest time when I was studying abroad. It is like a close friend who always is there and waiting for me. The video game is an industrial product that started late and is now flourishing. Fast development usually casts a shadow of trouble. The games helped me when I have the difficult time; and now it is a good time for me to give feedback to it. I am interested in both playing the game and designing for the game.
